This two story classic California beach home is available as a monthly rental. It is furnished and would be ideal for someone who wants a semi-temporary home with a possibility of longer term. We will also consider people who want to rent for a few months at a time.

Downstairs area with fireplace which can be a second bedroom or a study/library, home office with another sunny deck and hot tub.

New wood floors, very efficient gaz heaters in each room, fireplace downstairs.

The home is fully furnished and we can provide as needed linens, towels, dishes like a vacation rental.

Pet friendly.  Bolinas is an off-leash dog beach.
