Our mission is to provide people and their pets and/or kids modern and cozy accommodations in the small quaint village of Bolinas. Your pets will enjoy an off leash beach and your dogs are even allowed to stay home alone while you go out and have fun.

We have expanded and now offer both a studio and an ocean front home for people who need larger accommodations.

The studio is located RIGHT ACROSS from Brighton Beach in Bolinas in a beautiful quiet residential neighborhood. It is as close as you can get to the beach with its own private parking spot. You can conveniently walk everywhere and have access to everything without driving, the beach, video store, bookstore, restaurants, grocery store, boutiques and art galleries.The community center has daily classes, yoga, dance, pilates and events on the weekends.

RENTAL RATE - includes tax/cleaning

July and August - daily rate $150.
Pet fees $20 for one dog, $30 for 2 dogs, third dog free.

If you bring children, rate is similar, $20 for one and $30 for two. While the studio is small and most family prefer larger accommodations for four people, we do leave this up to your discretion.

Weekly rate in August - NOW on SPECIAL $800.
($135 daily). Weekly pet fees - $100.

One night available on occasion.

Damage deposit required of $300 (held on credit card but not charged unless there
is damage).

On a doggy note: Everyone calls and says their pets are well behaved. So far everyone's pets is so well behaved my dog Loulou, a single homeless mother from the Napa State pound with an attitude and multiple behavior problems looks bad compared to your dog. We of course expect that you are responsible for your dog's behavior and prevent problems with furnishing and people. Bolinas dogs are a tough breed so chances are your dog is much more civilized than the local mutts !
